Hi Shaker
It sounds as if the clip on the bottom of the telescopic suction tube may be damaged. This is the part that clips the tube to the pipe, and I would imagine this is what the problem might be. However but the tube and the pipe have locking parts to them so I couldn't guarantee this 100% this is the problem. If it is indeed the tube clip, you can buy a new tube here: http://www.espares.co.uk/part/vacuum-cleaners/karcher/p/1086/877/0/0/715275/extension-tube.html
