Can i just replace the carbon bushes,or do i have to buy the whole motor it is finr apart from the carbon bushes ??

It is possible to replace carbon brushes without having to go near the motor. If you just tell us the model of Numatic vacuum cleaner you own we can advise you on the right carbon filter.
